Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Entrepreneur: MyChic, located in Rozenburg ZH.
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by MyChic and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 3 – The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind MyChic.

Article 4 – Prices

All prices include VAT. MyChic reserves the right to change prices.

Article 5 – Delivery

MyChic strives to deliver orders within the indicated delivery time. In case of delay, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without stating reasons.

Article 7 – Complaints

Complaints about products or services can be submitted via the contact form on our website. MyChic aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.

Article 8 – Applicable Law

All agreements between MyChic and the consumer are governed by Dutch law.
